My AFC in autumn 2008 was 9, in July 2009 gone down to 3.
We also had two PCTs in 2008. On CD10 it was negative. At that occasion I had a chance to look through the microscope with the doctor, it was really quite sad to see all those still little swimmers... The month after we did a PCT again but on CD11, and it was positive (but I missed my chance at the microscope. It would have been soo cool to see them swimming!) Then we knew that timing would be critical.
Lining was always as expected, including the three layer build up, so I'm not educated in that respect...
SA was all good and normal. I think the estimate was that for the IVF-turned into IUI there were 60 million of them left after the washing. Or something.
Of course, my IVF numbers. I used one shot in the mornings (Decapeptyl, kept in the fridge) for suppressing my own hormones. In the evenings I used 300 Menopur and after a week I only had 2 follicles to show for, and the IVF was changed into IUI.
Sorry, can't remember the trigger we used.
After the IUI I inserted 2 Utrogestan capsules three times a day for Progesteron.
The cyst I had in July 2009 was 4 centimeters and (I think) caused my cycle to last 50 days. But since bloodwork showed it wasn't hormonally active no intervention was needed and it went away by itself.
Which reminds me of another cyst I had in 2007 which I actually have a scan of. If and When I work out how to link to pictures I can put it here, together with the graph of cycle lengths...
